Small guest house with lake view

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Suitable for those who want to stay overnight for a night or two instead of booking a hotel room. Located 4 minutes from the E4 and ten minutes from Umeå city center. 7 minutes to a big shopping mall. Bed linens and towels are not included but can be rented for SEK 150 per set during your stay. If so, just let us know in the booking. Payment is made after check-out via the Airbnb app. The accommodation does not have a kitchen but access to a coffee machine, electric kettle and a microwave oven.

Farmhouse with access to beach and sauna.

Farmhouse of 30 square meters right by the water in beautiful Stöcksjö. The guest has the whole house at their disposal. The house houses integrated kitchen, hall and living room overlooking the lake. In the house there is also 1 bedroom and 1 WC. Wifi is available. On the farm there is a separate sauna with shower and toilet. In the area there are several beaches, barbecue areas and nice forest trails. In winter there are ski tracks on the lake and an ice guard for winter swimming . An idyll only about 10 minutes drive from Umeå.

We offer a bright and newly renovated attic of approx. 30 sqm. The apartment is furnished with the amenities required for a comfortable stay for up to two people. Cozy kitchen with new fridge/freezer, stove and oven and microwave with kitchenware. Newly renovated bathroom. 140 cm bed, sofa and an armchair. 55" smart TV, WiFi. The apartment has a smooth code lock for your convenience. The guest is responsible for cleaning before check-out. Your host lives in the same house and is available for questions. Smaller cabin only 15 meters to the river! Great Sun location! Full equipped kitchen. Shower, toilet and washing/drying machine. 48" TV with chromecast. 160 single size bed. 140 sofa bed. Wood-fired sauna & hot tub are available, SEK 750/4h hot tub, SEK 750/4h sauna. Bed linens/towel rent SEK 150 per person. Hot tub is not guaranteed when booking takes place less than 5 days before.(cleaning, chem and chlorine) Enjoy the view, nice walking trails, close to central town, nature reserve, Ica maxi & Avion.

Bright little attic apartment with its own toilet, shower and kitchenette just a stone's throw from the Central Station! Quiet, pleasant area a few minutes walk from the central station and the city centre. Close to NUS and university. Best suited for 1-2 guests but serves as an overnight stay for 3 people. Bed 140×200 cm, sofa bed 120×200 cm. Possibility of washing machine for long stays. Tea and instant coffee are included. An independent place to stay with self check-in. Here you live calm and peaceful ten minutes from Umeå. Own house (farmhouse) 40 square meters with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. The house further consists of a nice living room with TV and super fast Wifi, 1 bedroom with two beds, also access to extra bed is available in the form of a nice sleeping mattress to put on the floor. Toilet with shower that also houses a combined washer and dryer. Comfortable full beds 80x200 cm and an extra bed box spring mattress 80x200 cm, with mattress topper.

The Lergrova cottage, fireplace, river and forest.

Welcome. This cottage built in 1894 has been carefully renovated to a cosy guesthouse on 30m2 for 5 people. A cottage with the comfort of modern people of today but still with the atmosphere of back in the old days. This is tho cottage for you if you like to visit a traditional Swedish house, and like a place to relax. But here is also many possibilities for activities. Relax in this unique and peaceful accommodation. Close to nature next to Umeå's large nature reserve. Car parking directly outside, possibility to rent a boat for fishing. Bus to and from the apartment departs throughout the day at 1-hour intervals, approx. 20 min travel (not weekends). The bus passes Umeå Airport and it takes 5 minutes to the apartment. Perfect for IT nomads as access to an exclusive ergonomic office chair can be used in combination with fast internet (300 Mbit)

We have tried to create a home where you will feel at home! Thanks to generous spaces and amenities such as a washing machine, dishwasher and A/C, it also allows you to stay for longer periods.
