Farmhouse of 30 square meters right on the water in beautiful Stöcksjö. The guest have the entire house at their disposal. The house houses an integrated kitchen, hallway and living room overlooking the lake. In the house, there is also 1 bedroom and 1 toilet. Free parking in the yard. Wifi is available. On the property, there is a separate sauna with shower and toilet. In the area there are several beaches, barbecue areas and nice forest trails. In winter, there are ski tracks on the lake and an ice weak for winter swimming . An idyll only about 10 minutes drive from Umeå.

Just a stone's throw from the city center, only a few minutes walk to Central Station and the city's entertainment and shopping. Private apartment with shared stairwell and self check-in Perfect if you value the proximity to the city center but at the same time want a quiet and quiet accommodation.
