We are just 6 km from Split (bus station near the house, buses leave every hour) and 300 m to the nearest beach. It's a sandy and blue flag beach located in the lagoon made by river Zrnovnica delta and Adriatic sea. It is over 400 m long. The beach is equipped with a life guard, facilities for the disabled, showers, children playground, sport facilities, food and drink facilities. There is no danger spots for pedestrians, while the beach is far away from motorways. This lovely 38 m2 apartment, in a newly furnished family house, is composed of: bedroom, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and living room with TV. In front of the Apartment there is a terrace overlooking the garden with table and chairs and a barbecue in the garden where you can enjoy your holiday. Parking place for your car in shade. There are plenty sports activities that You can do in close range (hiking, biking, diving, golf, tennis, zipline, canyoning) and also there are many Restaurants and Bars along the beach. If you want to visit Split it will only take You 15 min with bus to get there.

The house is located in Stobrec,eastern part of Split.The old town and Diocletian's Palace are only 7km away.The accommodation is on 1st and 2nd floor of the house, combined into single apartment. It has a 40 meter squared terrace with sea view. Near the house, you can find beach, bars, restaurants, supermarket, public transportation, park, tennis court, golf court, playground, football field etc. We have free parking for our guests. All rooms are air-conditioned!

Our big appartment has two bedrooms with king size bed and two single beds, huge wardrobe adn storage place, big balcony with beautiful view at the sea, kitchen, bathroom, TV, WIFI. There is a free parking in front of the house. Beach is two minutes driving from the house. Split is 10 minutes driving from the house. There are a lot of restaurants, sports content and all other activities that you can imagine! Nature around the house is amazing and one of a kind.

Sea sound

Our studio apartment is just next to the sea. The closest beach is only 2 minutes walk, while city beach is approximately 7 min walk. The interior is simple but cosy, with breathtaking view from the terrace wich gives you the 'sitting on the boat' experience. You have very good restaurant that works until 2 am, few shops and loads of caffe bars on approx. 7 minutes walk distance, old town of Split on approx 15 minutes by car (or 30 by local bus)
