Apartment is situated on the first floor, with kitchen, bathrom, living room (air-condition, tv/sat), and a balcony with a beautiful wiew on the bay of Martinšćica.On the second floor there is a sleeping room with matrimonial and one extra bed for one person (also, with air-condition). Apartment has a wi-fi.

Ova jedinstvena kućica je udaljena 10 metara od mora. U potpunoj je osami, najbliža kuća je na 300 metara zračne linije. Gostima je na raspolaganju: - prostrana terasa, - vanjska kuhinja, - 2 ležaljke, - suncobran, - vanjski tuš i - 2 stand up paddle daske. Pogodno za 2 odrasle osobe sa djetetom, krevet 160x200 i kauč koji se izvlači u ležaj 140x200. Do posjeda se može doći "normalnim" automobilom, a parking je na 50 metara od kuće.

House with fantastic view. It is possible to access by car and leave it on private parking place. Beach is 200 m away from the house, down the hill. You will probably be alone on the beach. House is 3 km away from "civilization".
