It is a private carriage house completely detached from the other residence on property giving our guests access to a private kitchen, living room, dining room, bedroom, laundry area, and loft. The carriage house backs into a private fenced in yard with roughly 1/2 acre of land which is equipped with firepit.

It is close to parks, trails, and a shopping center and is less than 15 minutes from downtown! Close to main roads. Enjoy large outdoor area for fun play, including private pool during summer (shared). Quiet yet convenient. Perfect getaway! We also Airbnb 'Farmhouse suite'. No parties, pool or otherwise.
