Many excursion destinations can be reached in an hour by car: Lake Neusiedl, Mariazell, Hohe Wand, Rax and Schneeberg for hiking, and much more.

This modern cabin is located in the Semmering UNESCO world heritage area of Semmering. The first mountain railway in the world was built 1854 and is still in service. You have stunning views from the house, constantly you can observe the changing moods of nature and see how light is sculpting the rocks and ridges of the Atlitzgraben. One feels like being included in a painting of Caspar David Friedrich... There are plenty of possibilities for walking, skiing and mountain biking.

We rent out our beautiful, quietly located vacation home on the Semmering, in a green oasis of well-being. The Zauberberg ski resort is just a 10-minute walk away. Stuhleck, with around 26 kilometers (16 miles) of slopes, is 5 minutes away by car. The house has a balcony and a south-facing garden with a unique panoramic view. Enjoy the ski slopes in winter and the beautiful nature and hiking trails in summer. PS: Tourist tax of €2.50/day extra.

Our lovingly restored Villa Sebaldi offers plenty of space on two levels. There is a total of over 300 m² with 6 bedrooms 4 bathrooms and two living rooms are available. Two dining rooms complete the coziness. From the kitchen there is a small terrace and on the upper floor the magnificent veranda balcony with a view of the Rax. Around the house there is a spacious garden where you can barbecue in summer, or simply relax under the old apple tree.

In just 3 minutes on foot you can reach the center or the Hirschenkogel ski lift, which is why the apartment is ideally located for a ski and snowboarding vacation in winter, or a hiking vacation in summer.

This 100 year old wooden house is surrounded on 3 sides by forest and offers a wonderful view of the Rax. The south-facing, sunny view extends from the Rax to the Preiner Gschaid. The house has a heating with two Swedish stoves, which are able to heat the entire house. A modern kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator (with freezer) and induction cooker completes the basic equipment. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy nature.

We rent out our cottage, built in 1928 and lovingly restored, which is located on our organic farm about 1 km from the idyllic mountain village of Gasen in Styria. Enjoy the quiet, decelerated atmosphere in our vintage cottage, ideal for 2 to maximum 4 people. Pets are welcome! Bed linens, hand towels and dish towels are provided, Wi-Fi, tourist tax, pellets (heating material) and all operating costs are included!
