Unser Ferienhaus ist ein großzügiges, lichtdurchflutetes, freistehendes Architektenhaus mit einer großen Dachterrasse u. einen puristischen Garten in Hanglage. Auf der Dachterrasse bietet sich ein grandioser Rundblick in die Alpen und auf die Zugspitze. Unser Haus bietet Ihnen eine vollausgestattete Open-Space-Küche. Zur Entspannung ist eine Infrarot-Dampfkabine und ein Hottub zur kostenfreien Nutzung vorhanden. Das Haus ist klimafreundlich mit PV-Anlage, Batteriespeicher und Luftwärmepumpe.

Wir wohnen in der Nähe, deswegen ist jederzeit jemand für Sie da, wenn Sie Unterstützung brauchen. Hier mitten in den Alpen und des Naturschutzgebietes Natura 2000 genießen Sie die Ruhe und Erholung mit einem atemberaubenden Ausblick auf die Berge und auf einen idyllischen See. Wooden floors, clay plaster, old lovingly restored wooden furniture, the bathroom is large and bright. This apartment gives space to relax and feel comfortable. The eat-in kitchen is modern and simple, inviting you to cook and enjoy. The living room is flooded with light, has a beautiful sitting window and a large balcony with beautiful views of the Alpine foothills. Two cozy bedrooms and a small clay plaster sauna make the apartment a small temporary home.

In the heart of Pfaffenwinkel

Just relax and unwind – in this quiet, stylish place. The house, built in 1898 and lovingly restored by us in 2023, is located quietly and in the middle of a rural environment. Cycling and hiking trails, alpine sports, but also cultural treasures such as Neuschwanstein Castle or the Wieskirche are nearby. In the evening, you can end the day with a glass of wine by one of the (3) open fireplaces or enjoy Bavarian specialties in one of the surrounding inns.

It has a bright living-dining area with modern fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, underfloor heating, free Wi-Fi and a very large private terrace. From there you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the mountains and the Inn Valley, both in summer and in winter.

This unique place has a style on its own. Even though it is „only“ a studio you have lots and lots of room and opportunity to hang out. The TV is very versatile and you can choose if you’d want to watch TV from the couch or sitting in the chairs around the kitchen table. The sun room is my favourite spot with 2 unique seating arrangements that are very comfy.
