Here you will find peace and quiet in nature, but also numerous leisure activities, hiking, cycling and fishing opportunities are right outside the front door. Comfortable bright apartment 3*** DTV, (80m²) in the attic with garden seating and barbecue. Located directly on the edge of the Kyll and forest without transit traffic. The apartment is directly reachable via the staircase from the outside, has a parking space, storage space for bicycles or motorcycles. For information and information, we can be reached on site and are happy to help with planning hikes and excursions. Cozy accommodation with charm

Enjoy the original flair in the lovingly restored half-timbered house. Great location with sun terrace at the Ahrquelle, lake and various restaurants. Jakobsweg, Eifelsteig and Ahrradweg cross here. You'll have the entire upper part of the house to yourselves! The apartment is not lockable as it is an emergency exit. Almost all guests are extremely satisfied! Not suitable for allergy sufferers, people with physical limitations and acoustic sensitivity (bells). Looking forward to seeing you soon!

In the apartment is a wood-burning stove, which can only be used in the cold months. The meadow of the former schoolyard is available for your use. The houseboat is located on the outer quay, with a direct view of the water. Spoiled by the sun all day. It has a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, kitchen-living room and terrace.
