This is a late 18th-century stone and wood house with all modern comforts, including fibre-optic Wi-Fi, located in the historic village of Volegno in the Apuan Alps Park. The property measures 80 square metres and is suitable for 2 to 4 people. It comprises a kitchenette and a living room with a ducted wood-burning fireplace and a ducted pellet stove, which heat the entire house. A cipollino stone staircase leads to the upper floor, where there is a spacious bedroom and a fully equipped bathroom with a shower.

Dear guests, we are Massimo and Roberta, we recently bought this farmhouse dating back to the 1800s, surrounded by chestnut trees, near the village of Pruno. If you want to immerse yourself in nature, this is the place for you, you will find silence and tranquility. You will arrive by car in this peaceful oasis, welcomed by the large terrace where you will enjoy the sun all day, and end up admiring the sunset. Upon entering, the living room with winter fireplace is very intimate for reading a book.
