Green House Bled 2

In the past, Green House with big green garden was my parents' farmhouse. We ventured into tourism in 2017 by renting out a room. In 2021 we demolished the old house and built a new one. House is just 10 minutes walking to lake Bled. There are two apartments on the first floor, both have a balcony with separate entrances and there is a shared washing machine in the common hallway. Behind the house you can find free parking and safe place for your bikes. Free WI-FI 6 is available. ID109629

The apartment(30m2) is newly and modern decorated, with all the basic equipment and upgraded with handmade design pieces. Perfect for couples or solo adventurers . The house Gabrijel is situated at a peaceful location in an unspoilt nature, away from the city hustle and bustle. Here, you can enjoy the peace, quiet and fresh air. The Jezernica creek, which flows past the house, creates a pleasant babbling sound. The small kitchen is spacious enough for you to prepare homemade teas and proper Slovenian coffee. Making yourself one of these drinks, you can relax on a lovely terrace with a view of the neighbouring pasture where horses graze.

Recently, complete renovated house with three apartments and three studios furnished in the shades of white and gray . LAURA Apartment on the groundfloor with terrace to the garden is equipped with one double bedroom, bathroom with shower, toilet, cosmetic mirror, hairdryer, SAT / Flat-TV, a kitchen with Miele dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction plate, extractor hood. Welcome to our Funky soul studio, design with love for interior and photography. That`s right, out of the touristic season, our funky space converts to a photo studio for Tjaša, the host and lifestyle photographer. In the touristic season, you will be able to enjoy this amazing bright space, perfect for funky couples or friends. We renovated it ourselves and most of the wooden things are handmade. Oh yeah, we also have Netflix for cozy evenings for you! :)

Luxury alpine villa for leisure or active holidays

The 4 seasons holiday villa is located in the Alpine region 2 km from Kranjska Gora in a beautiful and secluded location. Surrounded by a large fenced garden and including swim spa, jacuzzi, sauna, table tennis and 4 bicycles, it is ideal for leisure and/or very active holidays (walking, hiking, cycling etc.). It is ideal during the time of coronavirus pandemics since it enables a lot of fun even when contacts with other people should be avoided.

Spacious modern apartment in Zgornje Gorje

Spacious top floor (loft) of a completely renovated house in Zgornje Gorje in the village center with a view of surrounding hills and mountains, close to Lake Bled, Vintgar Gorge and Pokljuka. The place accommodates 4 adults in 2 bedrooms. With an advance notice, we can organize an additional mattress for a child or a crib for an infant. We used to host the whole house for 10 guests but we renovated it, and now we offer two separate apartments.

Villa Krivec

We are located just a 2-minute walk from Lake Bled. We offer 2 en-suite rooms with a kitchenette, but there is no dining table, meaning you can only serve simple food such as stew. In addition to the building, there is also a common living area with a dining table that our guests can use. Tourist tax is not included in the price, it is 3,13 EUR/night for adults and 50% of that for kids from 7 to 18 years. Kids under 7 don't pay tourist tax.

Fully equipped apartment (105 m²) with kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, toilet, large salon, conservatory, terrace and patio. Estate in quiet, park-like ambience with old trees. Private parking. Good bus & train connections! Beach just 12 minutes walk, hiking and biking trails around the Wörthersee, many excursions and sights (Minimundus, etc.) in the vicinity, 7 km from the center Klagenfurt and 3 km from the Alpen-Adria-Universität.
