Very nice suite, separate kitchen and bathroom.

Independent access and bathroom, 1 parking space. It's a mini apartment where you can sleep, cook, eat, bathe, work. Very close to SANTA FE and the best universities, Tec de Monterrey, Ibero and Anahuac del Sur, accessible public transportation. Six Flags is 15 minutes away. ABC Hospital of Santa Fe and Ángeles de Pedregal Hospital. It is not a tourist area, only if you need peace or to do something in the area I recommend it, it has 2 windows in the bathroom but no natural light inside.

For everyone´s safety we have new cleaning protocol. Fully equiped, private bungalow, 4 blocks away from down town. Beautifull garden shared with main house, bedroom with a queen bed, bathroom. Kitchen, dining/livig room with a fouton (becomes bed 4 2). Terrace with a table in the garden. Own entrance and parking place. Please bring extra shoes fore home use only. Anti viral/bacterial spraying after cleaning and after guests leave. All fabrics are washed and dryed at high temperatures.

A cozy and centrally located space

Enjoy the simplicity of this quiet and central accommodation located within a house complex. It is located very close to the Insurgentes av., parks, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, banks, public transport less than 5 min walk. There are two laundromats on your doorstep as well as stationeries and groceries. It is a nice area, quiet and at the same time very active, however it is located on a closed street which becomes a refuge from this huge city :)
