Wake to the waves at this secluded 2-bedroom, 2-bath retreat just south of Puerto Vallarta. Step onto your own sand, soak in ocean views and the spa, and watch the sunset turn gold over the water. Two king beds sleep 4, with AC throughout and a BBQ grill. Note: the upper-levels and pool shown in some pictures are private and aren’t part of the guest space.

THE HILL HOUSE -Sea and Mountain views-

Perched on the mountain, The Hill House with king size bed has three large windows and view deck that look out over the desert valley and the National Marine Park. Dive shops, restaurants and swimming beach are within a 10-minute walking distance This unit has Starlink internet. Parking is on site. Firm policy: no pets, no kids under 10 years old. Solar powered unit: NO AC, bring your battery if using a CPAP.

Beautiful eco cabin with cozy loft

This cozy cabin has been made with a lot of love. It is a space of about 16 square meters plus the sleeping loft. It has a small kitchen, bathroom, fiber optic internet, rocket mass heater, etc. The cabin is next to my house, three meters from my kitchen; if you need anything, we are close, but it has a separate entrance. The cabin is made of adobe.

With a spectacular sea view and surrounded by the trees of Mermejita Mountain, Casita Erizo is one of two independent casitas in our house: La Extraviada. It's located only five walking minutes away from the calm and majestic Mermejita beach and 15 minutes away from Mazunte's downtown, with its laid-back atmosphere and tasty restaurants.
