Beaver Stadium, Allen Street Grill, The Phyrst, The Creamery, and shopping are all within walking distance. Apartment can sleep up to 4 people. The bedroom has a queen bed and the couch is a day-bed with a pull out underneath if extra beds are needed. This is a basement apartment and is next to the Perfect Penn State Pad. Recently remodeled.

Our guest suite is located on a quiet cul-de-sac 5 blocks from the north end of campus, about a five minute walk to Pattee Library and 15 minute walk to downtown. This is the perfect place for the solo traveler or couples. The space includes a private entrance, one bedroom with a custom cherry desk space, wifi, large living area including a high top table with two chairs and a full bathroom.
