Pored apartmana se nalazi trgovina, pekara je 150m od apartmana, kafić do plaže (80m od apartmana) te 2 restorana na šetnici i 1 fast food. *Bazen radi do 15.10.

Residence Jakov offer quality accommodation; you do not have to get out of the yard to access to beach and it is really great accomodation and an exclusive position in Stara Novalja. This appartment is best option for family who like to spend their time outside because it has big beautiful private yard with grill, sink, deck chairs and furniture for dining with chairs and bench. The beach is literally few stairs from the yard. Every guest said it is really priceless and we agree (see photos)! :)

The house was built in the 2022 and it is located in small and peaceful settlement Potočnica at the most beautiful part of the island Pag.
