The Channel House @ Hoffman Lake

2 bedroom 2 bathroom cottage that is located on Hoffman Lake Channel. The Channel House is great for fishing right out of the back door. Conveniently located a drive from Warsaw, IN and several smaller towns. Bring nothing to this fully furnished cottage except your clothes and plan for fun. On site drive way parking, laundry, garage with pool table, darts, & air hockey. Several activities inside and out. Fire pit, outdoor seating and lounge chairs. We live nearby & can assist your stay!

The Upper Room

Enjoy a peaceful stay in the country, above the garage in our guest suite surrounded by fields of corn and soybeans. Décor of vintage airplanes and air travel fill the guest room.. Awaken to the sounds of abundant birds singing. In the evening, you can relax around the firepit. The suite was finished with repurposed barnboards, tin siding, and the old workbench was transformed to a bar countertop. An enclosed breezeway connects to the main house where the owners reside.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Unique all brick home with walk out basement and large windows to view natures beautiful Tippecanoe River. Home boosts large main level deck and lower level deck to enjoy the outside. Sit by the river and enjoy fishing, kayaking, tubing or swimming. The backyard has access directly to the river, where you can sit around the firepit and watch the water go by as you relax with your family and friends. This house is located in the country- a few neighbors nearby, a quiet setting, and you may encounter some wildlife. Please be aware you are not in a big city, some resources will be limited.
