Private & Intimate Cottage In Eastern Townships

We have 8 acres of beautiful wood and IMHO a beautiful spot that we're continuing to gradually improve every year. It may be small but we really love it and it's got everything we need. I built this place myself based on plans I bought online in 2001 while working full-time and doing a masters degree. One day, we'll build our dream cottage at the top of our land to take in the spectacular views. But for now, the 3 kids, Vintage Airstream renovation and the jobs are keeping us more than busy.

Our cottage is located on Lake Memphremagog, an international lake shared with Canada. Visit our nearby hobby farm/children’s museum. Kayak, bike or hike to stunning natural settings or take day trips to a variety of interesting destinations, including maple sugar shops, alpaca or dairy farms, golf courses, a ski resort with indoor waterpark; or cross the Canadian border a few miles away and explore Quebec. A boat dock is available for use at our cottage with an access ramp a 1/4 mile away.

A futon is also in a separate room witch is not a bedroom 2 foldable beds available if needed. for a Total of 6 Close from Stanstead's main attractions : 5 min walk from the stone circle, the bazar and the famous Haskel library. 5 min ride from Canusa street, the beautiful Tomifobia bike path, restaurants, Pat Burn arena, the bakery and the grocery store.

Equipé d'une cuisine complète, d'un poêle a bois et d'une thermopompe vous serez dans le confort peu importe la metéo. Le chalet possede un lit king pour les occupants principaux et queen pliable pour invités/ enfants ou des enfants. Le bois est fournis pour le foyer durant la saison hivernale. L'eau provient d'un puit artesien et est potable.
