It offers exclusively for you: fully air-conditioned 5 spacious bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a living and dining room with a fully equipped kitchen, an exercise room with a treadmill and an elliptical, a covered outdoor dining area with barbecue and table tennis for entertainment, a private pool of 29 m2 with a sunbed and deckchairs. Pebble Beach is just a few steps away (30m downstairs).

Our little paradise is located on the seafront, has direct entrance to the beach and great view of the sea. We gave our hearts and minds to make 35m2 perfect for up to 4 travelers. Living room and kitchen are fully furnished with plenty of details and sunshine. On the balcony (10m2) you can enjoy little lounge in the shade of the 70 years old pine tree. Bedroom has 1 double bed and 1 is on the loft (has a great sea view). Bathroom features walk in shower. 1 park place is included.

The large bathroom is new and we are currently remodeling a large brown room where we have also installed a second air conditioner so that now the suite has 2 air conditioners.
