The cottage sits at the highest point on the river, with a deck & fire pit overlooking the river providing a breath taking view from sunrise to sunset! Theres a cozy loft for sleeping, and a sun room where you can relax and read all day long. 1/2mile away you have access to 100s of miles of trails for hiking and ATVs. Within a 45 minute drive you have Houghton Lake, smaller lakes, splash pads and casinos, something for the whole family.

Updated cozy Pinconning getaway, ideally located near Saginaw Bay, Saganing Eagles Landing Casino (8 miles away), and local favorites like Bittersweet Quilt Shop, Northwoods Wholesale Outlet, and the town’s iconic cheese shops just blocks from the home. With two comfortable bedrooms, full kitchen and a large welcoming den. It’s a perfect spot for work, golfing, birding or visiting Saginaw Bay. It's great place to stay if you book a fishing charter. I currently partner with a local charter.

Enjoy stunning views of Tittabawassee River! 3 bedrooms (1 king & 2 queen beds) and a set of bunk beds in the sunroom, sleeps 8. 2 full baths. Finished garage/game room, gazebo, fire pit and gas log fireplace. Close to 5 area wedding venues! Easy access off M-61 on a paved road. Currently we enjoy the natural flow of the Tittabawassee River but please note that there no good access point to get on/in the water. Restoration of the dam creating the lake is estimated to be complete in 2026.

Other activities in the area include canoeing the Rifle River which is one of the best canoeing rivers in northern Michigan.

Conveniently located off M-76 and US 23 and enough room to bring your trucks and trailers loaded with your Toys to experience the gateway to the North! Unload and have a base camp to relax as you adventure off fishing,snowmobiling, razor ripping, Or have a nice relaxing space to enjoy on your journey up North in the beautiful state of Michigan! Access to Barn with home gym, heat, and water, electricity.
