Hop on a bus to Fen Drayton’s famous nature reserve and visit the myriad of historic and picturesque villages in the the area. St Ives sits on the river Ouse with a pretty quayside and excellent independent shops, cafes, and restaurants. There is a carpark directly opposite the pod. We are a 2 minute walk to the river and shops of St.Ives. It is just a ten minute walk to St Ives’s famous ‘Guided Busway’, where regular buses will whizz you into Central Cambridge in less than 40 minutes

Wonderful studio flat overlooking Rutland Water, in the village of Edith Weston. Walk through the paddock onto the bridleway around Rutland Water or to the local pub and farm shop. 5 miles from Georgian Stamford and Burghley House, or to Oakham and Uppingham. La Terraza my 3rd place here. I designed this one with influence from my time in Spain. With light earth tones and sunshine vibes. It’s a 2 bed duplex with a balcony. one bathroom on the mezzanine floor where the master bedroom is and a cosy but comfortable 2nd bedroom on the ground floor. Situated in the heart of hockley where all the best of Nottingham is on your doorstep. Nothing in the city centre is more than a few mins walk.
