Ganz in der Nähe des Standortes, am Fuße der Wimitzer Berge befindet sich auch der idyllisch gelegene Goggausee. Als kleiner Badesee auf halben Weg zwischen der Bezirksstadt Feldkirchen und der ländlichen Marktgemeinde Weitensfeld, liegt er fernab von touristischen Zentren in einem Landschaftsschutzgebiet. Das Berghäuschen umfasst etwa 59 m² Wohnfläche, verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmern, 1 Wohn– und Essraum mit Küche, sowie 2 Bäder und eine etwa 13 m² große Terrasse. Es liegt auf ca. 1000m Seehöhe.

French Cottage with Panoramic Sauna

Das Franzosenstüberl ist ein uriger alter Getreidekasten und bietet auf 40 m2 (zwei Etagen) höchste Wohnkultur für zwei bis vier Personen. Im Erdgeschoss steht eine vollständig eingerichtete Wohnküche bereit, ein kleines Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC, Haarföhn und ausreichend Ablagen sowie Stereo-Anlage und WLAN. Das Obergeschoss besteht aus Wohnschlafraum, eingebauten Doppelbett und Einzelbett sowie einer Couch (auch ein Gitterbett ist möglich). Für lange Abende steht ein Flatscreen-TV parat.

The Chalet is situated in Carinthia in 1875 meters at the beautiful Falkertsee. The house has four exceptional bedrooms with 12 beds. The location is perfect for hiking or skiing in winter. We have a small fitness library and 4 TV`s for rainy days. The brandnew Outdoor Sauna with panorama view and the 50sq. gym with own shower and toilet. In winter, Grossarl has a state-of-the-art ski resort with beautiful downhill runs and deep snow slopes. Since our house is located on a hill at 2.5 km mountain road snow chains are recommended in winter.

Welcome to the luxurious and romantic "Hirsch" cabin in the picturesque Lachtal, located directly at the slopes. The chalet was just completed a few years ago. Up to 10 guests will be able to enjoy the highest comfort and luxurious amenities, including sauna, hot tub, fast internet and Netflix tv. The cabin is located 1700 metres above sea level and therefore ideal for winter and summer.
