A perfect, cosy, harbour haven in a beautiful location, central yet quiet and peaceful. This ground floor apartment in an historic landmark building (yellow in photos) looks onto the marina which provides an ever changing seascape. Location, location - 12 Golf Place,

Excellent location, just yards from the Old Course. Golfers paradise. Note; The cover photograph has been taken from just across the Street from our apartment at the entrance to the Hamilton Grand building. We do not have direct views of the Old course from any of our windows. The Open Championship will be held in St Andrews in 2027. Please note that we have no availability for the week of the Open.
