Complete disinfection of the apartment and privacy guaranteed. Apartment has a separate entrance. In my family house I only rent this apartment. Apartment si located 450 m from the sea coast in very quiet area where you can enjoy in your complete privacy. While relaxing in our swimming pool or jacuzzi and drinking some coctail you will surely be amazed by the magical lights of the city of Split or the islands of Brac, Šolta, Hvar, Vis together with the stars above you during the night.

The house is build a month ago, set on 600 m2 (outdoor) with a beautiful garden, sunny terrace with jacuzzi and sunbeds and amazing view of the sea and Split and a big swimming pool. Indoor it offers 380 m2 on 2 floors, with 4 bedrooms, dining room, living room with modern technology and wi-fi. There is also a space where you can exercise (gym) and a pool table.

A well-maintained garden area is featured, with grassy lawns and stone seating arranged under lush olive trees. The house is visible in the background, showcasing its traditional architecture and green shutters. A pool area is also seen to enhance the outdoor space.
