Living area has a separate office that also faces the lake, flat screen TV and sofa/couch seating. Coffee bar has a coffee brewer, compact fridge and microwave (no full kitchen).

Home is very clean and is fully equipped with all the luxuries of home. Internet is provided. Breakfast items are included. No smoking, no parties, and no pets.
