Welcome to our historical home! The villa was build as a representative domicile for a pharmacist. Nowadays the spacious house offers space for three flats. The holiday home is situated in its souterrain with a direct access to the garden. The residential area is completely private as well as the kitchen. You can reach the private bathroom through a shared corridor. Inside the residential area there is a king-size bed for sleeping for two and a studio couch, that can be used also by up to two.

Our bright, spacious apartment is located on the 1st floor of a two-family house on the outskirts of Schwelm, surrounded by lots of green space and close to the forest. The historic fountain house and Martfeld Castle are within walking distance in 10 or 20 minutes, as well as three beautiful playgrounds, a small soccer field and the forest with beautiful hiking trails. There are also two supermarkets and a beverage market close by.

The apartment is friendly and modernly furnished. It is located on the first floor of a three-family house and consists of a kitchen, a bathroom, a bedroom and another room that can be used either as a living room or another bedroom. Up to 4 people can have a nice time here. A bus stop is only a few meters away. But you can also walk comfortably into town in 10 minutes. Cribs and high chairs on request.
