The house is also just a 10 minute drive to the new MGM Casino or the Gaylord Resort and Convention Center at National Harbor. The "no parties in house" rule is strictly followed. If you need to check in early or check out late, the host will try to accommodate you when possible. A $70 extra fee applies for a guest who wants to use the second bedroom. It is currently not used and remains locked. The host will always knock or text before entering the living room on the first floor
