The 3BD/2BA layout is within my apt, but only the entrance hallway is shared. Everything shown in your photos is for your exclusive use. You’ll enter through the hallway into the room with the gray sofa (it changed to red)The blue sofa, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and second full bath are located in the basement.

The main living area features a spacious couch facing a large TV, with a stylish coffee table in front. A round dining table is nearby, complemented by a work desk and shelves. Soft lighting enhances the modern décor, creating an inviting space.
