Built in 2020, the studio features a large walk-in shower, full kitchen, and laundry amenities. Sleeps 6 (King, double sleeper sofa, and two twins) Parking for multiple cars if needed. Less than 3 miles from UO, 1 to Riverbend Hospital. Direct bus lines close by. Our guest space (about 300 square feet) sits cozy within our .3 acre garden yard. We’ve aimed to make it self sufficient - with fridge, hot plate, microwave with pizza oven, coffee making options, etc.-and we’re always happy to help if you need anything!

Great high speed WIFI, a 42-inch flat screen TV with LOCAL channels ONLY or you may access your Apple TV account. The back deck overlooks our beautifully landscaped backyard and quaint chicken coup.

We are located about five minutes from the McKenzie Willamette Hospital, and seven minutes away from Riverbend Hospital. A close walk to galleries, antique shops, new breweries, cafes, and the Wildish Community Theater. Near lovely hiking and biking areas along the Willamette river. Wi-Fi, DVD, and Roku are available for your pleasure as well as a stereo system.

Enjoy this cute and cozy tiny home, equipped to make your vacation comfortable and convenient. Our house is located within walking distance to the U of O, Hayward Field and Matthew Knight Arena and minutes from either downtown Eugene or Springfield. We are also located close to Hendricks Park, a beautiful rhododendron and native plant garden. There´s a supermarket close by, restaurants, and easy access to I-5. Spanish, French and English are spoken. All are welcome here!
