With this great location, you are literally out of the house and right into life. Right outside the door, directly on the shopping promenade, you will find a wide variety of shops, restaurants and cafes - perfect for strolling. The historic Altmarkt is only a few seconds' walk away. Since our charming 57 m² apartment is located directly in the city center, you can reach the tram and the shopping center in just a few minutes on foot. The main train station can be reached by tram or bus in about 10 minutes.

Forget your worries in this spacious place. You will live on the ground floor. On over 100 square meters you will find a large living/dining room with access to the glazed loggia and a terrace from which you can also enter the garden, a large bedroom with double bed, a study with two single beds, a large kitchen and a shower room with washing machine. A heated pool is available in the garden from Easter to October. Explore Lusatia and enjoy the evening with a barbecue by the pool.

The cozy apartment can be reached through a spacious staircase. The light-flooded sitting area can be used for relaxation. A small wardrobe is located in front of the apartment door. In the entrance area of the house is a terrace for sitting outdoors. The view is towards pasture and meadow. Barbecuing can be done on solid ground (observe the forest fire warning level) or sports can be played on the adjacent meadow. The quiet atmosphere allows a lot of relaxation.
