Fantastic houseboat in the middle of Berlin

Pure relaxation in the heart of Berlin. For many years, we have been enjoying life on the water and it has always been our wish to bring others closer to this lifestyle. This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

Our "JULIA" is an exclusive, floating two-room apartment on the water with all that goes with it. The fireplace as a highlight and the underfloor heating provide cozy warmth even on cold days. The “JULIA” can be booked for up to 2 people + 2 extra beds in the salon. The houseboat is firmly located in the home port of the Citymarina Berlin Rummelsburg and is only 7 kilometers from Alexanderplatz. You don't need a boat license that the houseboat cannot be moved.

The "LUNA" blurs with its environment through the floor-to-ceiling glass windows. Underfloor heating ensures cozy warmth even on cold days. The houseboat is firmly in our harbor and is only 7 kilometers from Alexanderplatz. The houseboat cannot be driven during the rental period.

Vom Ankerplatz des Bootes auf der Rummelsburger Bucht erreicht ihr mit dem Tretboot schnell und einfach das Ufer und der Bahnhof Ostkreuz ist von dort nur in 10 min zu Fuss entfernt. Mit einer Größe von 13,5 x 4,5m bietet es jede Menge Platz und von der Dachterrasse aus habt ihr einen tollen Uberblick ueber die Rummelsburger Bucht.

This boat is at the end of a jetty and thus has an unobstructed lake view. Welcome to your small fine apartment, which rocks you to sleep to the rhythm of the waves. Beer garden, beach, thermal baths, spa as well as numerous restaurants and activities are within walking distance.
