Our small guest house is well connected, but still far away from the hustle and bustle of Berlin. In the middle of the forest and only a ten-minute walk from Lake Müggelsee, our house offers the perfect accommodation for a short vacation in the countryside or for day trips to the city. Up to four people will find sufficient space on 30 m² and with the well-equipped kitchen, a private bathroom and fireplace, no wishes should remain unfulfilled. The cabin is located just an hour‘s drive from the center of Berlin. It’s located in a forested area primarily used for recreation. The property itself is 4000 sqm, offering a beautiful garden to relax. An outdoor sauna is also available. The surrounding area offers several lakes and forests for swimming and wandering. Our "JULIA" is an exclusive, floating two-room apartment on the water with everything that goes with it. The fireplace as a highlight and the underfloor heating ensure cozy warmth even on cold days. The "JULIA" can be booked for up to 2 people + 2 extra beds in the salon. The houseboat is firmly located in the home port of Citymarina Berlin Rummelsburg and is only 7 kilometers from Alexanderplatz. You do not need a boat license because the houseboat cannot be moved.

It isn't large but has all the comforts without being fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. Berlin's center and Potsdam can be reached quickly. Private access, balcony with water views, terrace and garden all around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space for an extra charge on the sofa bed. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are on the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

It is comfortably equipped and offers many possibilities for relaxation and sports activities. Parking is ample. Bikes and paddle boats are free to use. The charming surroundings and the exciting city of Berlin invite you to explore. The location is in a recreational area and therefore guarantees plenty of rest and relaxation.
