Eine stilvolle Sauna mit malerischem Ausblick vervollständigt unser Unterkircher Chalet.

Soca Valley - Just renovated

This is a wonderful, just renovated in 2024 cottage in the gorgeous Soca Valley, located on a private sunny area, a few meters from the Soca River. The house offers 2 double bedrooms and a large quality sofa bed. Lots of outdoor garden and sitting areas. BBQ. The cottage was renovated an finished in June 2024 and offers high end living and quality furnishings, linens and amenities. The kitchen has everything you need for dining as well as a large dining table for 6. Wifi and a smart TV.

La casa si trova a Valbruna, piccolo e tranquillo paesino della Valcanale, a ridosso delle Alpi Giulie. Si trova a pochi passi dal centro del paese e costituisce uno strategico punto di partenza per le escursioni naturalistiche e storiche che offre la Val Saisera. In paese c'è un negozio di alimentari per le prime necessità, a poche centinaia di metri dalla casetta. Un supermercato è a 4 chilometri in direzione di Tarvisio. Ad un km da Valbruna si trovano gli accessi alla ciclovia AlpeAdria.

Der Wohnbereich mit Marmorfußboden und Holzdecke befindet sich im Erdgeschoß; die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Es gibt 5 große Schlafzimmer und 3 Bäder, geheizt wird mit Fußbodenheizung und Solarluft-System.

Passionately renovated Bright apartment (80m2) is located in a peaceful residential area, only 5 minutes away from the lake. It is a great place to relax and enjoy the view of the lake and the mountains. In front of the house, there is free parking and an outdoor chill space. Feel free also to use the garden. The city center is 30 min walk away. We provide bicycles which make the transportation enjoyable and fast. For easier further exploration we strongly recommend you rent a car.

Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen wunderschönen Panoramablick auf die Karawanken sowie das gesamte Glantal. Die Lage eignet sich perfekt für Wanderungen in der Natur und zum Schwimmen in umliegenden Seen. Einige Skigebiete befinden sich 40-60 Minuten Fahrzeit mit dem Auto entfernt. Es ist hell, geräumig, gemütlich und hochwertig ausgestattet. Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Badezimmer - TV/Sat ist in jedem Zimmer vorhanden. Waschmaschine und Wäschetrockner steht auch zur Verfügung. Internetzugang per WLAN ist selbstverständlich.
