From the living room you enter the ground floor terrace with direct access to the garden. The apartment was renovated in 2022 (except for the bathroom and toilet). The apartment is in the main building. The landlord's family with 3 children lives above the apartment.

We are located at an altitude of approx. 880 meters, which makes our guests immediately feel the alpine feeling. With us you have the opportunity to enjoy relaxation & the Austrian idyll. The following can be used jointly in the residential complex: outdoor pool, tennis, billiards table, table tennis, table football, barbecue (bricked), fireplace The neighbor is a horse farm with a riding hall.

Gammeringalm Hunting Lodge

The cabin is located at 1,200 meters altitude on an idyllic alpine pasture. In summer, it can be reached by car via a slightly steeper, coarsely gravelled forest road. You can easily get to the cabin with an SUV or four-wheel drive. There may be restrictions with a normal car. Especially after heavy rainfall. Consultation with us is recommended here. In winter, it is right on the ski slope. Of course, we cannot guarantee the snow conditions on the slopes.
