This is one of the oldest historic traditional houses of Spetses, which is located next to the Poseidonion Grand Hotel, at Dapia. The town centre and harbour is only 100m away, with many shops, tavernas and bars. The property comprises of a ground floor of 180 square metres, including three large bedrooms, a two bed mezzanine, two bathrooms, a large sitting room, kitchen with adjacent dining room and spacious, shady veranda. It will comfortably sleep eight people.
