Elia Cottage in Spetses

Stone-built cottage in lavish garden, in the heart of Spetses Town. A small house (58 sq.m) with all the amenities of a large one.Always childrens' favourite cottage, because of its coziness and its resemblance to "the little house in the prairie". It consists of two bedrooms, one of which is a mezzanine with two single mattresses, a dinning area with a rustic fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub. Villa Salanti offers a serene retreat featuring two private beaches. Just a few meters from the beach, a patio invites you to enjoy breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea. In the evenings, a terrace provides a perfect place to witness spectacular sunsets. Aditionally, the villa promotes environmental responsibility by relying on solar energy harvested from its rooftop.

A seafront traditional mansion of 78 sq. m. with 2 terraces, built in 1834 , 5 min from the port, with a breathtaking panoramic view in the Saronic gulf and the nearby islands. Two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a veranda with pergola and a peaceful terrace with flowers and a bbq, ideal for children to play. Both the veranda and the terrace include a sitting area ideal for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

1 of 2 Self contained Studios in Spetses town centre. 4 minute walk to the coast and to the heart of the port known as Dapia. The villa is very close to the bulk of the restaurants, bars and transport to other beaches. The studios are within a lovely gated garden development including the old family house.
