The 20sqm roof terrace has an unobstructed view to the west and east. The house, built in 1893, is located in a quiet residential area. Only about 6 minutes walk from the Rhine and the train station (Cologne/Koblenz). A tram station to Bonn, Siegburg and Bad Honnef and the pedestrian zone with a bakery, groceries and restaurants is about a 7-minute walk.

Use the balcony, the modern kitchen or the Sky programs on TV (Bundesliga :-) With the passenger ferry or on foot (15 min) or the tram (2 min) you can quickly reach the Bonn city center. The S-Bahn to the airport or to Cologne can be reached in 10 minutes on foot.

The walk from the “Ahrweiler Markt” train station to the apartment takes 5 minutes.

The apartment is located in a listed, former forester's house, less than 200 m from the Rhine and its bike path. It is located on the edge of the forest and exudes a unique charm. The apartment has a kitchen with a refrigerator, stove and oven. There are also two 1.40 x 2.00 m beds. You can either end the evening comfortably on the small terrace at the entrance or with a movie in the home theater with projector, screen and 5.1 system.
