Small private apartment (20 square meters) with small, fine bathroom (shower / toilet) and pantry kitchen (electric stove, fridge, coffee maker) in a quiet yet central location. On foot, it is only 10 minutes to the train station or supermarket and it is only 15 minutes to the center of Murnau or to Lake Staffelsee. There is satellite TV/radio and parking in front of the house by the hedge. Use of the washing machine or dryer is available upon request. Incl. guest card (e.g. discount for mountain railway, museums, lidos, etc.)

A break in the mountains

Our apartment (in a 3-family house) in the basement, is located between Munich and Garmisch-Partenkirchen, in the middle of the “Pfaffenwinkel.“ The optimal starting point for numerous excursions to sights or also sporting activities such as hiking or cycling. Larger shopping facilities can be found in Weilheim, Peißenberg or Murnau. In addition, a natural swimming pond with a small Kneipp facility is about 1 km away and allows spontaneous refreshment at any time of the day

Location near Murnau. Shared bathrooms are included. There is a washing machine in the adjoining building. A shared kitchen is available for guests staying in the main building. The Riegsee can be reached within 10 minutes, including a small pub and kiosk. The Sindelsdorf motorway exit (A95) is about 8 min. by car from the property. A fire pit, barbecue, parking and garden furniture are available. P.S.: The cottages are located right on a road that is busy during the day.
