"Hunsrück Valley View" Holiday Home with SAUNA

A two-bedroom stylish and comfortable holiday apartment for up to four, with a terrace and picture-perfect view of the valley and mountains below. A cedar barrel sauna is available (at extra cost). The entire apartment was renovated in March 2024, including a new sauna oven (it gets really, really hot now), acoustic paneling, new kitchen with Bosch appliances (oven, dishwasher), rain-water shower, a washing machine with dryer, and new beds. You can also visit our herd of Scottish Highlanders!

Feel good in the vineyards

Take a holiday in the luxurious surroundings of our guest house. It is part of our SCHOTTENHOF winery and integrated into our farm building. The nearest neighbour is about 100 metres away. The 4-hectare farmstead is idyllically situated in the middle of the vineyards and can be accessed at ground level on two sides. You can start hiking or cycling directly from the farm. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, including a wine fridge. Beer pong party people, please don't book!

Charming half-timbered dream in Stromberg's old town

Treat yourself to a visit to our half-timbered house Anno 1690, renovated in 2019, in the very quiet old town of Stromberg, right by the Schlossbrunnen fountain below the 3 castles. The kitchen on the 2nd floor is excitingly located in the former battlement of the city wall. The medieval building still has the typical steep oak stairs and the ceiling height is outside the norm. Cozy stay in the house and as a starting point for hikers & bikers....for relaxation and adventure...

Former slate mine with gorgeous river view

Experience a breathtaking panorama of the Rhine above the rooftops of the town. The apartment is designed for two to six guests. This sunlit former mine nestles against the rock like a swallow’s nest, directly below Burg Gutenfels and along the Rheinsteig trail - far from train and traffic noise. Enjoy the shaded terrace beneath the vine arbor and the herb garden. From your secluded sun meadow, you overlook the Rhine, passing ships, and the historic Pfalzgrafenstein castle.

This 3rd floor apartment is direct on the Rhine with spectacular views. With 150 Sq. meters, it has a large living room with balcony, full kitchen, den area, and 2 bathrooms (one with large bathtub and the other with shower. There are 2 full bedrooms with queen beds. Also, one smaller bedroom suitable for 2 children with bunk beds. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Easy access to local restaurants, train, Rhine day trips, hiking, chair lift, wine tasting and more.

Sit back and relax in this comfortable place to stay. Enjoy the sunset on the sun terrace. The apartment is suitable for 4-6 people. In the living room, there is 1 pull-out bed (180 x 200 cm) and a sofa bed (140 x 200) available. In the bedroom there is a double bed, a wardrobe and a dresser. The fully equipped kitchen with dining area invites you to cook and enjoy. The daylight-filled bathroom has a shower tub and toilet. A washing machine and dryer are available.

Just get out and relax in the climatic health resort of Schindeldorf, located 400m above sea level. Surrounded by pure nature, you can gather new energy, work creatively, do sports and spend a perfect time with your loved ones. With a direct view over the golf course into the far distance, you can unwind. Hiking trails, access to the golf course and the mountain bike FlowTrail are within walking distance.Charging station for electric cars is only 200 m away.

Relax with a view of the Rhine above Bacharach

Discover the beautiful UNESCO World Heritage Middle Rhine Valley on foot, by boat, by bike, climb and visit castles. Afterwards, relax with a glass of wine on the balcony and enjoy the breathtaking view of the Rhine. Between Bingen and Koblenz lies the enchanting Bacharach and above it the district of Neurath. You can see Stahleck Castle and Lorch Castle and turn into the premium Rheinburgenweg hiking trail right outside the front door for fantastic hikes.

Modern and newly equipped, your accommodation is located in the traffic-calmed, old town center of Hargesheim. The apartment is an excellent starting point for exploring the Rhine-Main region, the Soonwald and Hunsrück. The wines from the region are excellent, and the numerous award-winning hiking trails are real insider tips.

A vacation in beautiful nature in the heart of the Rheingau near the Schloß Vollrads and Schloss Johannisberg wineries in Stephanshausen. Please feel at home in my detached house with garden! Priceless but nevertheless included: fantastic views over a horse paddock and beyond the Rhine. From here you can start wonderful hikes. In a short time, you're at Johannisberg Castle, Rüdesheim with Drosselgasse, abbey and romantic castles.

Our modern and freshly renovated vacation apartment is centrally located in the small town of Spabrücken, on the edge of the Soonwald forest. Spabrücken is a well-known pilgrimage site. The location is ideal for exploring the surrounding area and its wine villages – by car, by bike, or even on foot. The combination of rural idyll, authentic village character, and regional highlights related to wine is particularly appealing.

Half-timbered house Bacharach plus parking

Modern design meets history. The listed house stands, surrounded by vineyards, in the Steeg district directly below Stahleck Castle. This unique place has a style all its own: ecological materials such as clay and wood give the house a unique flair and an unsurpassed indoor climate. The half-timbered house, built in 1622, is modernly furnished. A wood and pellet stove creates a special evening feel-good atmosphere.
