Location The villa is just a few steps from the characteristic square, the Vrijthof, with the two churches Saint Servatius and St. John, the theater and the museum at the Vrijthof and the many terraces. In walking distance you will find downtown with great restaurants, bars, terraces and nice shops. You won't notice the vibrancy of downtown in this villa. It is very quiet and you will probably only hear the sound of Servaas church. There is a big parking around the corner at a 25 meter walk. The house include : 4 sleeping rooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a dinning room, a living room, a games room with pool table. In addition, our swimming pool (EXCLUSIVELY from May to September) and sauna can be used by our guests. We will be happy to share the love of our region and our traditions.

Maison Roannay is located on Le Roannay, a tributary of the Amblève. The villa was built with great respect for the surroundings and offers a wonderful place to unwind. 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms provide the necessary comfort. The living room with open kitchen, fireplace and large sitting area is a cozy place to stay. In the well equipped kitchen, you can make any meal a feast. A separate play and TV room gives space to the children to relax after an active day.
