Chill at the cosy Fisherman's Cottage by the Sea

While away leisurely evenings on the intimate deck with rustic wooden benches at a tranquil cottage in popular Island Wall. Pared-back neutral decor and subtle coastal accents blend with the period features, from barn-style doors, hardwood floors and a wood burner for those cosy nights in. (Please let me know in advance if you want logs ordered) Modern features to compliment, super fast broadband, smart TVs, nest heating. Please note for those with mobility issues these fisherman cottages have steeper stairs than normal and the only bathroom (no shower) is off one of the bedrooms . Our cosy fishermans cottage has everything you will need for a chilled and relaxing stay by the beach. You will enter the cottage through the barn style front door that lead into a small hallway with a fairly steep staircase ( normal for these types of properties) to the bedrooms and bathroom upstairs? The sitting room to the front of the cottage have deep comfortable sofas (separate bed for your dog if required) for watching SKYQ tv or listening to music on the Roberts radio. The cottage is warm and there is a log burner that can be used on a chilly days. The separate dining room has a wooden table that seats 6 people. The large cupboards house crockery and cutlery and the cupboard under the stairs has lounging chairs for the beach. The well equipped kitchen houses a large fridge freezer, oven, hob and microwave, washing machine and dryer and a barn style door that leads out to a private walled decking area with seating. Complimentary tea and coffee will be provided. There are 2 large double bedrooms with comfortable brass beds in each room. All windows have modern shutters that block out any light for lie-ins. All fresh white linen and a choice of pillows in either feather, foam or tempura. One bedroom has a wardrobe with hangers and space for cases and both have bedside cabinets and lighting. The second bedroom leads into the bathroom with a roll top bath and shower . Towels, toilet paper, shower gel and lotion are all provided. Please feel free to use this cottage as though it is your home. If you use or break anything please replace it and kindly let me know. If there are any problems, please do hesitate to contact me. Amanda ( phone number hidden) Trevor ( phone number hidden) This quaint escape is a stone's throw from the beach and the local pubs, award-winning restaurants, and quirky shops. The famous Windys is 30 seconds from the front door, serving breakfast and lunch 7 days a week. Watch the sunset every evening whilst sipping a cocktails outside the Neptune pub which is directly on the beach . The harbour with its fabulous restaurants and local arts and crafts is less than a 10 minute walk along the beach. Noise can travel between these fishermans cottages, so please be mindful of your neighbours especially when out in the garden.

Outback shack

Located close to the A13, A127, and A12, this charming cabin is just a 20-minute walk from a train station to London or Southend . 20 mins to Southend airport . 10 mins to Leigh-on-Sea , very kitch Brighton vibe Leigh broad way and old Leigh a must do while on your stay . Enjoy shopping in Basildon or Lakeside or Chelmsford, a beautifully modernized town with plenty to do. Ask me about the best walks in the area and i will point you to a few of my favs . The cabin itself is quirky and private

Blossom Barn

A delightful cabin in the heart of the Historic Village of Bradwell on Sea. A short walk to the marina and the renowned St Peter’s Chapel - Blossom Barn is ideally situated next to the village country park and a few doors away from the hub of the village ‘The Kings Head’. There are two pubs serving food daily and the Marina Bar with its excellent cuisine. A perfect base to explore the salt marsh coast with its extensive walks Maldon is only a short drive away which is a buzzing coastal town

The Lodge with a view!

Unique, self contained lodge set high aside a historic moat abundant with ducks, wildlife & view of the Blackwater Estuary. Quaint Burnham-on-Crouch is mins away with its marina/wedding venues/seal trips, pubs/cafes/shops/cinema & Museum. Pretty Maldon is just 20 mins away. Here at The Lodge pubs/cafes are just up the road or you can relax on the decking with a glass of wine from the local vineyards. Secure gated entrance & private parking to the side grounds of the owners house. Car Essential.

The White Chalet, Whitstable.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place with free off road parking onsite. It's within walking distance to the town, beaches and railway station. The chalet is located at the end of the owners garden with a private and secluded seating area. The chalet has a King size bed which can be separated to 2 singles, Smart TV, WIFI, Kitchenette and bathroom suite. There's nothing like knowing you have the whole day and evening to enjoy Whitstable NO Smoking anywhere, inside or Out!!

Welcome to the Blue Lodge. A private dwelling situated 5 mins walk from Whistable train station and 10 mins walk from the beach and high street. The brand new spacious lodge is perfect for some rest & relaxation, and includes its own private patio with seating and BBQ facilities. Whitstable itself is a beautiful, quirky, seaside town with lots to do, great nightlife and easy train connections to London. Cosy Rural Retreat with Log Burner

The Snuggery is a converted outbuilding that has been set up for a cosy stay with a wood burning stove and lots of snuggly wraps to cuddle up in. The open plan interior, high vaulted ceilings and natural oak flooring create an interior which is fun, light and airy. Walking enthusiasts will enjoy walks from the back door straight on to the North Downs Way and there is a bench by the front door fitted with a heated element, perfect for warming up your walking boots. Based on the outskirts of Chelmsford this unique cabin sits on a working fruit farm. It offers a peaceful setting to work from or relax in which overlooks a small plum orchard. Just a short walk away you can pick up supplies from Lathcoats Farm Shop or use The Bee Shed Coffee House for breakfast or lunch. Quiet hideaway near the beach, with a garden sauna

A stylish, laid back retreat minutes from the sea. With the option of enjoying a relaxing sauna and invigorating cold plunge which is paid for separately. Alba Lodge is a light, airy, double height space, designed with sustainability in mind. Drift off to sleep in the king size bed and freshen up in the large walk in shower. The kitchen is a reclaimed carpenter's bench equipped with all the essentials. The sauna and cold plunge is £30 per couple, per session.
