Our condo has spectacular water views from the Bay to the Beach. We have a large one of a kind kitchen that is unique to our resort, with granite counter tops, hardwood cabinets, and all stainless steel appliances. Everything you need to prepare a meal is provided along with basic spices and condiments, Coffee, creamer, and sugar. The master bedroom has a new king size bed and walk in closet with all beach gear also available for your use. We have 2 - 50" flat screen TV's with cable as well.

We are allowed 3 rentals under 28 yearly. Please inquire to see if you are one of the lucky guests to come. We love long term guests but understand not everyone can do this and simply need a little escape! 🤍

This is a private apartment with 2 rooms, 1 bath, kitchenette, and patio. We live on the property in the other side of the Duplex, but your suite is completely private with your own entrance. Please note: There’s no guest parking on-site, but paid parking is nearby as well as a frequent public trolley.

The location is amazing, only steps from the beach. This studio condo is cleverly designed, offering a fully stocked kitchen with dining and living in a space that is the perfect for your beach get away. It offers both a King bed and a pull out sofa bed sleeping a total of 4. The Pool is open and heated year round! We provide beach chairs, umbrella and a buggy. Please note that some lower units are still in various phases of completion after hurricanes.

We are ideally situated close to Tampa, Sarasota,Clearwater and St. Petersburg. Our neighborhood is wonderful, eclectic, alive. We have incredible restaurants a walk away. Our beach is walking distance. If you prefer you never have to leave Gulfport from the day you arrive. Everything you want is right here. There is free access for charging your electric vehicle on the beach in town which is walking distance from our guesthouse
