Recently restored apartment comprising half an 19th century classically inspired Palazzo situated in the centre of Martina Franca. Finely furnished in the 19th century bourgeois style, it includes all possible modern conveniences. It's the most beautiful town of the Valle d'Itria in the heart of Puglia. Martina is near Alberobello (15 ), Polignano (35), Monopoli (30), Ostuni (25), Locorotondo (6), Cisternino (9), Taranto (30), Grotte di Castellana (30), Lecce (100), Matera (85), Trani (100).

Trulli Ad Maiora, charming trulli with SPA

Local trullari masters have revived this magical place using local techniques and materials. The result is a private property where you can spend a real experience. From the zero-km fruit and vegetables of our organic garden to the jogging path in the countryside where there are 1950 native plants and 45 olive trees. From the intimate SPA usable in both summer and winter to the majestic gazebo allocated on the farmyard where once the wheat was beaten. Alberobello is only 1.5 km away.

In one of the most picturesque corners of the old town of Polignano (where cars are not allowed) here is La Terrazza Santo Stefano, fully renovated in May 2023. Villa Rosario Amalfi is a beautiful panoramic villa, located in Amalfi city center, behind the sumptuous Saint Andrew's Cathedral. Coming up to the biggest Amalfi lemon garden, the villa enjoys one of the most suggestive panorama of the 'Divina'. The view extends to the Byzantine bell tower, 'campanile', and reaches the village of Conca dei Marini, where it is possible to admire the thousand-year-old Saracen tower, the so-called Torre dello Ziro.
