O'Rourkes cottage is situated in the picturesque valley of Glenasmole, nestled in the foothills of the Dublin mountains overlooking Dublin city. The cottage has 2 bedroom, sitting room and kitchen with a woodland garden. Ideally situated to enjoy the the Dublin Wicklow mountains . The cottage includes central heating, wood burning stove, cooker, electric shower. We are now operating a minimum two night stay. You are also welcome to meet our alpaca, sheep, pygmy goats, pigs, and horse. It features a coffee machine, filtered water, toaster, kettle, heater, and electric blanket. A private bathroom is adjacent, with access to a shared full kitchen. A bus stop just 350m away provides direct access to the city center. As we are a farm, it’s not suitable for infants or infirm.

This 2-bed cottage is available as a 1-bed space, & can accommodate 1-2 people. NB: this is my home & is only available on occasion. You may find some of my belongings, food & drinks here - some guests may prefer a space solely set up as a short-term rental. Also, a dog lives here, so may not be the best fit for those with allergies.

Our home is a spacious mews house on a quiet lane on the south side of Dublin city. It is located close to the urban villages of Terenure, Rathmines, Rathgar and Harold’s Cross. It's on a direct bus route to both the city centre and the airport. There are two double bedrooms and a home office with a pull out single bed suitable for a child. There is a small south facing garden. There is an upstairs bathroom (with bath and shower) and a WC downstairs.
