The Anna Maria Island Water Taxi is 2 miles away if you want to avoid the in-season traffic. Jump on the free island bus on the island. This house is privately owned. Security cameras onsite.. This affordable unit is an approx 450sq foot efficiency which includes a large King bed and bathroom, a full fridge, microwave, water dispenser machine and coffee pot. This unit does not have a kitchen but there is access to a charcoal grill. Designated off street parking. There’s a smart TV/Roku with fast WIFI. This is an attached unit located in Downtown Bradenton. It is around the corner from the Riverwalk, bars, and entertainment. Close to beaches. Great for couples or a single traveler.

Come stay in our beautiful, Mid-Century Modern, light drenched home just one block from the bay with a private pool. The private yard is surrounded by lush landscaping & the pool is the perfect place to cool off on hot afternoons. The house is spacious & minimally decorated with finds from our world travels. We've recently replaced the bed and the neighborhood is quiet and easy to explore on foot. Note: this is our home, so please expect a warm lived in feel in the space, not that of a hotel.
