Wonderful house in a typical Sardinian style, decorated with soul and love. The house lives the charm of ancient and natural elements such as stone and wood that constitute the dominant elements in structure and in furniture. Great for a couple or a family/group of four. The house equipped with everything for comfortable rest. I suggest to my guests to rent a the small car, to avoid difficulty for passing the streets. However, the car is important for getting around.

The apartment is located in the center of santa maria navarrese at 100 m. From the marina where from here by boat you can reach the most beautiful beaches such as Cala Mariolu, Cala Luna, Cala Biriola... In 2 minutes you can walk to the beaches of the center, restaurants,bars,pizzerias,pharmacy,playground for children, ATM etc... Bright apartment on the first floor of the family villa located in the pine forest in front of a small bay which is directly accessed from the garden. A unique location in a corner of paradise, we are in the beautiful Gulf of Orosei Notice from April 2023, the municipality of Orosei has established a tourist tax of €1 per day per person over the age of 12.
