The Su Murcone cottage is located in BAUNEI, a village on a beautiful hill in the province of Ogliastra, in Sardinia. A spiral staircase leads up to the beautiful terrace overlooking the valley and the surrounding old roofs. The view of the valley is beautiful, the terrace is airy, but sheltered from the wind at the same time. On a sunny day, in all seasons, eating on this terrace is a real pleasure, surrounded by a beautiful view and the typical sounds of the village and nature at the same time. The house is equipped with everything, cozy and well furnished, the cost is really low and competitive with seaside residences.

Delightful apartment, comfortable and bright, with large vaulted ceilings and terrace overlooking the main square of the village. Located on the first floor of a 17th century building of great architectural and historical value, it has recently been restored. The neighbourhood is safe, clean, rich in monuments and with all the amenities within a few minutes’ walk: restaurants, pizzerias, delicatessen, supermarkets, shops, tourist office. In a great position to visit Orosei and its beaches.

Marvellous apartment in a typical Sardinian style, decorated with soul and love. Comfort and charm of ancient and natural elements such a stone and wood, makes it unique, special, and ofcourse, homey. Great for a couple or a family/group of four. Equipped with everything for comfortable rest. Home, terrace and the view that you'll find hard to leave. I suggest to my guests to rent a small car, to avoid difficulty for passing the streets. However, the car is important for getting around.

It's on the second floor. It consists of two double bedrooms, a large living room with sofa, kitchenette, bathroom with shower and 2 terraces for a total surface area of about 85 sqm. The house is on the hill behind the port and is 200 meters from the sea. The entrance is independent. We provide bed linen and towels. The garden is available for all guests. Free WiFi. Air conditioning on request (€0.80/kWh). Tourist tax is mandatory; the cost is €1.50 per person per day.

Bright apartment on the first floor of the family villa located in the pine forest in front of a small cove which can be accessed directly from the garden. A unique location in a corner of paradise, we are in the beautiful Gulf of Orosei Notice: As of April 2023, the municipality of Orosei has established a tourist tax of €1 per day per person over the age of 12.
