Cozy nest, terrace, exceptional view, pool

The property is disinfected after each rental. It is an independent accommodation with terrace on the ground floor of my house located on a green hill with exceptional views of the valley. Private access. Private parking. Sleeps 4. Not recommended for children under 3 years old as the garden is on a trellis. Access to the estate's swimming pool from June to September and to the tennis court. Swimming pool 50 m walk from the apartment. 3 km from the village and 15 km from the sea. At the foot of hiking trails.

House comfortable pool and views of the Albères

Nelly built terraced house of 50m2 (538 sq ft) with spacious outdoors, swimming pool (shared with us), view on "les Albères. Sorède is advantageously located between sea and mountain. It is 10 mn away from Argeles sur mer, 15 mn from Collioure, 20 mn from Spain and Perpignan. It is 1h30 away from Barcelonais and ski resorts. The house will provide a tranquil, calm and comfortable stay with all the amenities. It is close by the village shops and entertainments, hiking trails and mountain bike.

Spacious and bright cocoon, with air conditioning & terrace.

Come and enjoy the calm of this air-conditioned and independent apartment, peaceful in the heart of the old village of Argeles-sur-Mer, and completely refurbished in 2022. Quiet but close to the village center, 2 or 4 people can stay thanks to the sofa bed in the living room, and enjoy the terrace overlooking the river and nature. Access to the beaches is 5 minutes by car, 30 minutes on foot, there are shuttles all year round and electric bikes, more info on daqui-mobilité.fr.

Wonderful sea views, lots of light, very calm, perfect location. Charming contemporary house, located in pedestrian street in town center. 5 minutes walking distance of restaurants, bars and beaches. Terrace with sliding doors (open space) with amazing views. Air conditioned (&floor heating). Perfect duplex for family or two couples. Loft ambiance upstairs, two bathrooms, one in each level. Beautiful desk table with sea views. Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine,WIFI.

Village house, old, recently renovated, modern and functional. In addition to the kitchen-estar, it has two double rooms with a bathroom each. Terrace and garage for two cars. Comfortable, bright and well located. The village enjoys catering services and shops with local products. 20 km from the beach, Roses, Llançà, L'Escala... Close to the border with France, natural landscapes of the Sierra de l'Albera, bike routes and route to discover megalithic mumpers.

Typical village house in the heart of Sorède, composed of a living room opening onto a small south-facing terrace. Equipped kitchen and space with 3-seater sofa. Upstairs 2 bedrooms with bed 160 cm and 140 cm, a bathroom with large shower and sink. Separate toilet. The living room and a bedroom are air-conditioned. Animals are strictly prohibited in this rental. Very quiet area, shops are 10 mins walk, and there are parking spaces 50 m from the house.
