A sofa bed for 2 people or you can stay in the loft, overlooking the lake Shower makes you outdoors with hot and cold water overlooking the lake. The lake is located just below the house with access to the plot's own dock, where you can borrow a boat or canoe. Bicycles are available to borrow. The nearest store is in Ätran, about 8 km. Cleaning can be purchased for 700kr. Bed linen and towels are available for rent, 150 SEK per set.

Here you can both hear and watch the birds chirping outside the window, you can enjoy the sunrise both from the living room or from the patio with the nice farmland as a constantly changing painting. Here we are within bicycle distance of Lund and can take part of the city's pulse as much as we want. In addition, we enjoy the silence and tranquility of the countryside. We have a non-smoking environment on the property.

The cottage is 70 m² and features a cozy living room with space for everyone, three bedrooms, and a small but bright and charming bathroom. Outside, you’ll find a large in-ground BERG trampoline, a fire pit, a brand-new covered terrace. Air conditioning, electricity, and water are all included. Please note: pets are not allowed. Private parking is available on the property.

Welcome to our idyllic summerhouse!

Our summerhouse is located in Evetofte/Melby on a lovely, well planted and sunny plot of land. Biking distance to the cozy Liseleje, which offers restaurants, cafes, and a cozy shop life. It's really Danish holiday coziness at its best. Liseleje also has one of Denmark's best beaches with a magical light as the sun sets after a long day of beauty. In the last few years, we updated the house with a new kitchen, new bathroom, after-insulated, new thermal windows, and a whole new garden.

Our spacious and koselige Krokån hus, a former farmhouse with outbuildings, is situated in a magnificent secluded location on a spacious plot (4.500 m2), nestled in a garden, meadows and forestland, which reaches as far as the Krokån (river). The river Krokån (130 meters from the house), with 300 m of in-house shore line, offers good fishing opportunities. A mosquito magnet on the property creates the greatest possible mosquito freedom. Children's playhouse and swing for children.

Only 5 minutes from E6 highway & 20 minutes to Ullared. Bed linen and towels included. Electric car charging available for an extra fee. *Please note that we use the garage for our car and as an office/work space. We try to keep as quiet as possible, but sometimes you may hear noise.

Welcome to a small apartment in the courtyard barn with its own patio and nature as well as the sheep around. The farm, which is from the 1880s, is located about 20 km from Borås, and 7 km to the nearest community with larger ICA store. It is about 5 km to fantastic swimming area and of course there is a parking space for the car by the house.
