Large spacious cottage centrally but secluded, with 5 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, spacious kitchen and 2 indoor fireplaces- as well as a large outdoor fireplace. The cabin also has 2 bathrooms, sauna etc. The ski run is right on the downside of the cottage and opens up opportunities for a large ski slope in the Peer Gynts kingdom. There is also a short way to the alpine slope, ski arena with roller ski slopes, sprint and light trails, cafe, grocery/sports shop and Peer Gynt- arena and much more. The area is filled with marked trails and nice easy mountain hikes

The cabin is located at Austlid at Skeikampen. It is located high and undisturbed with sweeping south-facing views. The plot has very good sun conditions all year. The cabin is in classic Ålhytte. Large window surfaces give lots of light and let nature in. The Ålhytta has harvested a lot of attention for its concept and good architecture and is a modern classic worth experiencing. The cabin is heated before your arrival. Wood and electricity for normal use is included. Broadband is installed.

Access to the high mountains Rondane and Jotunheimen is about 1 hour drive. The cabin is a short walk away from Gålå grocery store with year-round operation and cafe and high mountain hotel just nearby.
