The cabin is of high standard, 4 bedrooms with a total of 7 beds. There is water, electricity, heat pump and wood stove. The kitchen is well-equipped. Bathroom with heated floor, shower, toilet, sink and washing machine. The cabin has its own Wi-Fi. TV can be connected to Apple TV or Comcast. Outside, under the stars, you can enjoy a Jacuzzi for 5 people. The water is cleaned by the owner. There are several terraces with outdoor furniture, barbecue hut, woodshed, pizza oven and gas grill. In summer it is possible to rent a small boat without an engine for 30 euros.

Use of the hot tub must be agreed upon, price NOK 400 for the first use, then NOK 250 per heating. The place is rented out to quiet and orderly people. No parties allowed. High and low climbing park is only 300m away, and about 500m away is Strandafjorden swimming area! Ål ski center is 8 km away and Geilo only 23 km. Hemsedal ski resort is 56 km from the cabin. Hardangervidda about 35 km. In the surrounding mountains you can pick and choose from fantastic ski slopes in winter and hiking trails in summer! The activity opportunities are just as good in winter as in summer!

Great hiking opportunities, fishing, canoeing and cycling in summer and in winter the area offers fantastic cross-country trails nearby and a great alpine facility. Access to the high mountains Rondane and Jotunheimen is about 1 hour drive. The cabin is a short walk away from Gålå grocery store with year-round operation, and cafe and mountain hotel just nearby.
