At the property boundary, the National Park area begins with a great view of the National Park, the surrounding towns of Apetlon, Illmitz, Rust, Mörbisch and Fertörakos, and in the distance you can see the Schneeberg on clear days. A diverse bird and animal world is preserved here. Greylag geese, cranes, storks and silver herons and red deer are part of the seasonal daily routine here.

A vasútállomástól kb. 5 percre gyalogosan. Frekventált helyen, a közelben a történelmi belvárossal, Közép-Európa leghosszabb parkjával, éttermekkel, kávézókkal, cukrászdákkal, múzeumokkal. Garden can be used. Supermarket, pharmacy, tobacconist, restaurants and coffee houses etc. in the immediate vicinity. The bus station can be reached in 1 minute on foot and offers very good transport connections to Vienna, Mödling and Baden. The castle park is approx. 700 meters away.

Külön wc, fürdőkádas fürdő és egy kedves kis terasz biztosítja a kényelmet. Az apartman nemrég lett felújítva nagyon ízlésesen! Aki szereti a finomságokat, annak ajánlom a ház előtt lévő kis piacot, illetve nagyon praktikus, hogy egy élelmiszer bolt is van a közvetlen közelben.
