Steps from the inner-harbour and all the major tourist attractions including Beacon Hill Park and the Royal BC Museum, "The Falls," is the perfect place to explore Victoria. The unit is on the 7th floor and remarkably quiet despite being so central. Beautiful water features and a spa-like entrance greet you as you enter the building. Amenities: Fitness gym consisting of 2 treadmills, 2 eliptical machines, a bike, 2 stretch mats, and free weights; Heated outdoor swimming pool (29 degrees celcius/ 84 degrees farenheit) & poolside lounge area with chairs provided (open May 1st to October 1st); Hot tub (open dawn to dusk) with chemical levels tested daily and consistent with VIHA regulations; Shower & change room; Outdoor fire place and lounge area with couch-style seating on pool deck patio. Guests receive full access to the building, the pool and hot tub is only available during the Spring and Summer. We are experienced AirBnB hosts and are readily available to help you check-in and answer any questions you have. The apartment is close to all the city's major tourist attractions, including The Empress Hotel, Beacon Hill Park, the Inner Harbour, Royal BC Museum, Parliament Buildings, and dozens of restaurants and shops. This is a self contained guest suite attached to the main home. There is a separate entrance off the front veranda. Cooking facilities do NOT include a stove. There is a refrigerator, micro-wave, toaster, slow-cooker, coffee-maker, kettle and ample dishes and kitchen utensils. Guests are welcome to use the BBQ on the patio as well as the patio itself. NEW FOR 2021. We now have a Level 2 EV charger for electric vehicles. It has a J1772 Port. Please contact the host for rates and if you plan to use.
