It's a bright spacious 3 bedroom 2 bathroom 1300 sq ft main floor of our house . We're a two minute walk to the ocean to launch a kayak or just picnicking . Or a 5 min walk to the James island wharf to drop a crab trap for dinner . There's ample parking for two guest vehicles . Jen and I love looking after the yard and gardens . We live in the suite below with our own entrance at the back . Your back patio with bbq overlooks the gardens and fruit trees . We're pretty sure you'll like it .😊

The space has been created to encourage a sense of community with all who stay here. We hope you enjoy the short 4 minute walk to the beach, (please note running shoes are recommended. The trail is steep and has obstacles such as roots and rocks) the endless trails nearby or the amazing yard and space the property has to offer.

With southern full sun exposure. The home has two basement suites with the caretaker living in one of them. The yard and common areas will only be accessed for maintenance. The house comes with 3 bedrooms (4 beds) and 2 bath sleeping up to 6. The views of the lake from within the house are breathe taking.
